Terms of Use of the tipsport-hra.cz Website

These terms set out the rules for the relationship between the operator of tipsport-hra.cz and everyone who visits it. The operator can be reached at contact@tipsport-hra.cz. The site is an independent project that provides information about the Tipsport Vegas brand and contains affiliate links.

The following terms are used throughout this document:

• Website: the pages available at tipsport-hra.cz;
• User: any natural or legal person who visits the website or uses its content in any other way;
• Affiliate link: a link leading to the site of a gambling operator or one of its business partners; a click on it may earn the website operator a commission.

tipsport-hra.cz works as an independent information resource. Its content focuses on the Tipsport Vegas brand and includes:

Registering player accounts, making deposits, playing and verifying identity are therefore not possible here. Binding conditions are always determined by the gambling operator Tipsport.net a.s., IČO 28178653, Politických vězňů 156/21, 266 01 Beroun, which holds a licence from the Czech Ministry of Finance. You can confirm this in the Whitelist, the MF ČR list of licensed operators.

The following rules apply to the website content and to trademarks:

• All content, meaning texts, graphic elements, structure, databases and source code, is protected under the Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll. as amended.
• Without the operator's prior written permission, the content may not be distributed, copied, modified or otherwise used beyond personal use.
• The trademarks of the Tipsport Vegas brand belong to their owner, not to the operator of this website, which holds no rights to them.
• The marks appear on the website only descriptively, to identify the brand and the products the information concerns.
• Such use creates no relationship of any kind between the website operator and the trademark owner.

3. When they are clicked, the website operator may receive a commission.
4. The user incurs no extra fees as a result.
5. These links have no influence on the content, ranking or rating of information.

We inform users of this in line with the requirements of zákon č. 634/1992 Sb., on consumer protection.

Is the information always accurate? The website operator takes reasonable care to keep it correct and up to date, but cannot rule out that some details will be outdated, incomplete or wrong.

Can I base decisions on it? The content is for information only and does not replace legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Before making any decision, the user is obliged to verify the details in official sources, above all directly with the gambling operator.

Who is responsible for offers and other websites? Not the website. It is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party pages it links to, nor for the offers and terms of the gambling operator. Information about cookies under § 89 of zákon č. 127/2005 Sb., together with what personal data the website processes, for what purpose, to what extent and how, is contained in the personal data protection policy. The processing itself complies with the GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679, with zákon č. 110/2019 Sb., on the processing of personal data, and with other regulations that apply to it.

Relationships arising in connection with the website are assessed under the Czech legal order, first and foremost the Civil Code, together with other relevant regulations. The general court of the website operator in the Czech Republic has jurisdiction over disputes.

A user acting as a consumer may resolve a dispute out of court. The body to contact is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, website www.adr.coi.cz. Please note that the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) has been discontinued and is therefore no longer available for submitting disputes.

These terms are not fixed for ever. The website operator has the right to change or extend them at any time without needing users' consent, and the new wording starts to apply as soon as it appears on the website.

Users are obliged to read the terms regularly. If they continue to use the website after the terms have changed, they are deemed to agree with the current version.

2. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of one provision has no effect on the validity and effectiveness of the others.
3. Legal relationships not expressly covered by the terms are subject to the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic.
