Responsibility for Processing
As controller, the operator of tipsport-hra.cz is responsible for the personal data processed on this website. All data protection matters, from a general question to a formal request under the GDPR, are handled through one address: contact@tipsport-hra.cz.
Which Personal Data the Website Processes
First, what this website does not process: data connected with gambling, identity verification or payment transactions, and data of Tipsport Vegas players. On tipsport-hra.cz, personal data are processed strictly to the extent necessary, for two reasons:
- Running, securing and analysing the website. This relies on technical data (IP address, moment of access, URLs viewed, kind of device, browser and operating system) and on the cookies described in the Cookies section.
- Answering your enquiry. If you write to contact@tipsport-hra.cz, we process the data contained in the message: the sender address, the text itself and a signature if you add one.
What the Processing Rests On
We process personal data in line with the GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Act No. 110/2019 Coll. and § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. Each purpose has its own legal basis under Art. 6 GDPR:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) applies to analytical and marketing cookies. These are kept until consent is withdrawn or according to your browser settings.
- The controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) covers operating and securing the website. Such data are retained for 12 months at most, or as technical capabilities permit.
- Performance of a contract, or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)) is the basis for handling enquiries sent by email. Enquiry data are kept while the enquiry is being dealt with, for no more than 6 months.
To Whom We Pass Data
- We do not pass personal data to unverified entities or to other third parties for which there is no legal basis.
- We may make them accessible to hosting and CDN providers, because they ensure the running, availability and security of the website.
- Access may also be granted to web analytics providers, which process statistical traffic data so that the website can be optimised.
- Provider names are given only for those who are publicly identifiable within the website.
Protecting Data Transferred Outside the EU
Standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR are the instrument that ensures an adequate level of protection when data are transferred to third countries. They apply where we use an analytics tool whose provider is based outside the European Union or the European Economic Area; personal data then go to a third country. Without any service outside the EU/EEA, the transfer does not happen.
Overview of Rights Under the GDPR
Under the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., you can request access to the personal data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR) and their correction if they are inaccurate (Art. 16). Subject to the conditions of Art. 17, you have the right to erasure, also referred to as the “right to be forgotten”, and under Art. 18 you can ask for processing to be restricted.
If processing is automated and based on consent or a contract, you are entitled to data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing carried out on grounds of legitimate interest (Art. 21). And where consent is the legal basis, you can withdraw it, while processing performed up to that point remains lawful.
Making a Request and Response Times
Where to write: the email address contact@tipsport-hra.cz.
When we reply: without undue delay, within 30 days of receiving the request at the latest.
When it may take longer: for complex requests or a higher number of them, the period can be extended by up to two further months, and you will be informed.
Contacting the ÚOOÚ
Besides writing directly to the controller, you also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you believe the processing of your data violates the law. That authority is the ÚOOÚ: Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7 (www.uoou.cz).
Security of Personal Data
Data travelling between your browser and our server are protected by HTTPS/TLS. Access to the personal data themselves is guarded by technical and organisational measures matching today's state of the art. The controller evaluates its security settings on a regular basis and takes steps to keep the risk of misuse of, or unauthorised access to, the data as low as possible.
